Our organization is a great way to discover, or rediscover the hobby of philately (stamp collecting).The WSSC is one of Michigan’s most active and thriving philatelic clubs. We meet twice each month at the The Plymouth Historical Museum located in downtown Plymouth Michigan. Our meetings are on the 1st and 3rd Fridays starting at 7pm, all are invited. Whether you are an advanced collector or just curious about the hobby we invite you to stop by a meeting. Our membership reflects the diversity of our evolving hobby and society. We encourage all to be part of our organization.Our club is an affiliate member of the American Philatelic Society, APS# 0783-062965, as well as a number of other philatelic organizations.Our club has sponsored The Plymouth Show, Michigan’s largest stamp show for over 40 years.The 2016 show will take place on April 16 & 17 at the Hellenic Cultural Center.The Plymouth Show is looking forward to hosting 40 of the midwests best dealers, juried exhibits the United States Post Office, the United Nations and Nordica postal authorities.
